The company emerged from an opportunity to commercially represent Eurosilicone, a breast implant company, in BCS during 2005. Subsequently, another commercial representation was obtained for the dental implant subdivision of the renowned company Biomet, as well as from Allergan laboratory for the distribution of its Botox brand, consolidating its position in the state as a recognized supplier in this field.

Since 2012, the company has acquired exclusive distribution in the state of Baja California Sur for spinal implants, partnering with Traumaservice Internacional S.A. de C.V., gaining yearly recognition for its excellent performance.

Currently, Grupo Guía BCS distributes osteosynthesis materials, spinal implants and cervical disc replacement implant , allografts, high-speed surgical drill systems, radiation protection, advanced wound treatments, negative pressure therapy, and surgical instrumentation to both private hospitals and institutions.
