Description

OPSITE™ Post-Op Visible is a translucent, waterproof postoperative dressing comprising a polyurethane film, an absorbent hydrocellular lattice foam pad and a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive.

Its design allows the wound and exudate to be viewed without uncovering the site. The foam pad absorbs wound fluid and helps maintain an appropriate moisture level, while the outer film provides a bacterial barrier and permits moisture vapour transmission.

INDICATIONS

• Postoperative wounds.
• Closed surgical incisions.

• Lacerations.
• Abrasions.
• Lightly to moderately exuding wounds.

The dressing should be changed when exudate approaches the edge of the pad or according to the clinical condition of the wound.
