Description
ACTICOAT™ is an antimicrobial barrier dressing comprising two outer polyethylene layers coated with nanocrystalline silver and an absorbent polyester-rayon inner layer.
The nanocrystalline silver begins providing antimicrobial action approximately 30 minutes after application and is released continuously for up to three days. Its absorbent inner layer helps manage exudate while maintaining a moist environment that supports wound healing.

- Pressure ulcers.
- Venous ulcers.
- Diabetic foot wounds.
- Burns.
- Postoperative wounds.
- Traumatic wounds.
- Skin graft donor and recipient sites.
- Acute or chronic wounds at risk of contamination or infection.
- Compatible with negative pressure wound therapy when clinically indicated.
